Membership terms.

Membership

Membership is by application and approval, at the club's discretion. Payment of the annual fee does not by itself grant membership. Founding memberships are complimentary and are granted at the club's discretion to a limited number of members.

Fees

Annual membership is $295, payable on approval and each year on renewal. Food, drinks, tickets and other costs at events are paid separately. Fees are not refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Events

Events are social gatherings arranged by the club. You attend at your own risk and are responsible for your own conduct, your vehicle, and any guests you bring. Driving between venues is your responsibility and must be lawful at all times.

Conduct

Members and guests agree to the member code. The club may suspend or end a membership where the code is not kept.

Content

Photography from events may be used by the club on its website and social channels. Members may ask for specific images of themselves or their vehicle to be removed.

Changes

The club may update these terms. Members will be told of material changes.
